Yesterday, it was just Lizzy and me for a few hours. She was sleepy, and I thought we could spend some time watching cartoons and napping, just the two of us.
I was wrong.
Me: "Lizzy, it's just us! Let's have a little Mom-Lizzy-time!"
Lizzy: "Um, no thanks. Can I just have some Lizzy-time? Alone?"
